You are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you achieve your goals and live your values.I approach mental health challenges and relationship issues with support and guidance, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy for adults. Working together, we will address difficult thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and situations to help you develop mental flexibility, experience success, relax, and reconnect with joy. Currently, I provide virtual sessions to adult clients residing in New York, North Carolina, and all PSYPACT states.
